Welcome: Our new home.

My wife and I closed on our first home, a 1920's Arts & Crafts Bungalow. It is not quite as iconic as As those found in California. But we love it. To start with the good there is hardwood throughout the house. The living room has a white painted brick fireplace with a red brick hearth. It looks like the home was extensively renovated in the 40's or 50's with an addition to the back of the house. The basement was upgraded from from massed stone to a contemporary basement. It look like the windows were replaced at that time as well. They are all double-hung led weighted 3 over 1 and 4 over 1 and one fixed 6 pain. You can see in the basement where the old Octo-furnace use to be. They had to patch the cement as the floor looked to have been pored around it. You can even see the old gas line pipe covered in cement.
